Responsibilities
* manage the hr team to ensure the smooth operation of employee compensation, recruitment, training and performance management.
* develop and implement hr strategies to support the long‑term business objectives of the mexico site.
* ensure that employee benefit plans are in place, including health insurance and assignment subsidies.
* responsible for employee performance management and providing training and development opportunities for employee growth and advancement.
* deal with employee relations issues, resolve disputes and conflicts, and ensure a harmonious working environment for employees.
* understand the human resources needs of each department, provide strategic advice and support.
* ensure that the company’s hr policies and procedures comply with international regulations and legal requirements.
requirements
* bachelor degree in psychology or related field.
* 5 years of experience in hr.
* advanced english.
* advanced chinese (desired).
