Bootsandmortar is hiring a remote technician manager.
*responsibilities*:
- coordinate requests from customers — including special projects, tasks, and vendor scheduling — and assign them to field technicians.
- update customers' ticketing and property management systems (e.g., entering notes, processing move-outs, and marking units as rentable or unrentable).
- assign and track tasks for field technicians.
- monitor technicians' tasks to ensure they are arriving on schedule and completing assigned work.
coordinate with them on any necessary rescheduling or adjustments.
- take calls from technicians and provide support — helping them resolve issues, ensuring they have materials and supplies, and addressing any other challenges.
- conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure they feel supported and have everything they need.
*requirements*:
- must be very comfortable using computers and software.a computer skills test will be given during the interview.
- must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- must have excellent communication skills in english, both written and verbal.
schedule & compensation
- workdays: tuesday through sunday

- start time: must be available to start work at 8:00 am central time each morning.
