Key responsibilities:
* review and validate client demand, considering delays and previous commitments.
* validate demand against sales and operations planning from central enterprise initiatives/corporate.
* challenge demand based on load-capacity analysis.
* conduct short-term demand modification analysis with production planning and production line teams.
leading the s&op process:
* organize pre-s&op meetings with involved teams (methodology, production, supply chain, quality, facilities, maintenance).
* define an annual plan according to demand with all participants.
* challenge demand based on load capacity analysis and get well commitments.
* follow up on action plans to secure the defined s&op plan.
* secure get well commitments with clients.
* update machine and manpower load capacity analysis according to the manufacturing plan.
* define and follow-up on load capacity improvement actions:
* implement actions to improve load capacity to ensure master production scheduling.
* update and secure master production scheduling, considering finished-goods policies, work-in-progress, lead times, and bottleneck operations.
* manage general production data in enterprise resource planning:
* handle production data in erp, including prices and launch plans.
* active participation in the innovation plant program.
