qualifications:
* master's degree in metallurgical engineering or a related field.
* advanced english proficiency.
* at least 5 years of relevant experience in the industry.
* experience in nodular iron manufacturing, in-process molding, furnace refractory maintenance, sand molding processes, and use of statistical tools.
* knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies like lean manufacturing and six sigma.
