*what you will do*:- root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for 0km concerns (mass production- responsible for maintaining and continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system.
- manage containment actions for 0km concerns (including customer sorting).
- manage additional controls with engineering and operations to ensure quality products during sop + 90 days (safe launch plan).
- execute ipso audit to ensure transfer to production of new products are in accordance with approved data.
- manage quality rma process, review, and confirm customer deductions due to 0km concerns (mass production).
- support the quality inspectors and technicians to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
- preparation of qa reports.
- development of control plans and ensure handover for control plan maintenance.
- ppap submission process and provide customer feedback for approval.
- ensure product audit- other activities as required by the sr.customer quality engineer.
