You will be responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, and software commissioning, programming rockwell plcs, integrating fanuc robots, and starting up automated packaging systems in client plants. The role involves client visits, on-site problem solving, and close collaboration with local and international engineering teams.main responsabilities:programming, tuning, and optimizing rockwell plcs (allen bradley) using ladder and structured text.configuring and managing servo motors and motion control.programming, calibrating, and operating fanuc robots (dcs, line tracking, mastering). Integrating and configuring hmi interfaces with factorytalk view me.executing fat/sat tests, troubleshooting, and validating system performance.reading and interpreting electrical and pneumatic diagrams.performing mechanical commissioning (verifying installation and alignment of mechanical component, checking tolerances, clearances, and lubrication of moving parts, testing mechanical motions and movements)providing technical training to operators and plant personnel.preparing service reports and technical documentation.collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in mexico and italy.availability to travel up to 80/85% (domestic and international).education, experience, and other required skillsbachelor’s degree in mechatronics, automation, robotics, electromechanics, or related fields.hard skills3+ years of experience in industrial automation or commissioning.rockwell plc programming (studio 5000, controllogix/compactlogix).experience with servo motors and motion control.fanuc robot programming (structured text, dcs, line tracking).knowledge of hmi factorytalk view me.experience reading and modifying electrical diagrams.previous experience with fat, sat, and machinery start-up.mechanical skills: understanding of mechanical systems, alignment, motion mechanics, tolerances, lubrication, and troubleshooting of mechanical components.intermediate/advanced english.soft skillseffective communication with clients.proactivity and problem-solving skills.teamwork.organization and attention to details.
