Description:
2nd, 3rd level of SAP support to resolve issues and execute activities
Implementing, configuring, tuning, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment
Apply corrective actions from KBA and SAP notes
System Performance Tuning
Update/Upgrade ABAP/JAVA systems
Plan a SP update/upgrades
Have troubleshooting skills for disruption scenarios
Plan and propose service improvement and technical solutions for customer
Support L2 members
Attend and participate actively in technical meetings
Provide knowledge transfer
Certificate implementation
System refresh
System Export
Backup/Restore knowledge
Language installation
Application installation/uninstallation
Skills mandatory:
Experience with multiple SAP components as many as possible from the list:
Desired vast experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SLT, SAP SCM, APO/Live Cache, SAP GRC, SAP SRM, Portal, BTP, Fiori Launchpad, SAP CRM, HANA DB, SAP BOBJ, Cloud Connector, SAC agents, CPI-DS agent, DP agent, XSA, Content Server, experience in HANA Database Administration
Experience working with SWPM, SUM, Maintenance Planner, PAM tools
Desired experience working with Linux environments
Language requested: English at conversational proficiency, should be able to understand/explain technical concepts
Work arrangement:
Monterrey: Hybrid in-person work is expected, as determined by the team; this isn't every day of the week, nor necessarily all day
