a health insurance dynamic company involved in the health insurance marketplace. They have a diverse clientele and are expanding their portfolio to include self-insurance markets. Their team covers various aspects of health insurance, including medicare, and they are committed to providing exceptional service to their clients.
key responsibilities:
- make outbound calls to clients and agents to set up appointments.
- follow up on client inquiries and provide necessary information.
- use google voice for texting and communication.
- manage and update client information in google workspace in real-time.
- reach out to real estate agents and schedule meetings as needed.
- assist with cold calling and setting appointments consistently.
- maintain a positive and energetic attitude on the phone.
- adapt to various sales scripts and handle unscripted conversations confidently.
qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- bilingual (english/spanish) is required.
- strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
- technologically savvy, with proficiency in google sheets and google workspace.
- good energy and a positive attitude.
- ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and manage time effectively.
- recruitment background is preferred but not required.
- comfortable with cold calling and setting appointments.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
schedule: wednesday to sunday from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm est
