Your team responsibilities: this role will be responsible for executing reviews of msci’s agreements with clients. Your key responsibilities: - spot-checks any discrepancies in the agreements between salespersons and external clients. - communicates these errors to the necessary point persons in order to have details corrected. - keeps problematic deals on-hold and escalates when necessary. - books deals and modifications that have successfully passed the audit. - pre-review agreements before sending to clients/signatories through esign. - assist in managing the countersignature process of contracts.
