the opportunity

we are seeking a skilled and results-driven sales executive to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong hunter profile and be responsible for identifying and prospecting new clients with high import/export potential.

key responsibilities:

* develop a robust sales pipeline using crm software.
* conduct regular meetings with clients and prospects to build strong relationships.
* manage a personal portfolio with a focus on growth, retention, and cross-selling.
* prepare customized commercial proposals to meet client needs.
* lead negotiations and close deals with decision-makers.
* meet monthly and quarterly sales targets in usd and cargo volume.
* collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth service implementation.

requirements:

* 3–5 years of experience in b2b sales within freight forwarding (proven track record required).
* strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and road freight.
* excellent closing skills, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
* primarily hunter (80%), consultative, with strong field presence.
* intermediate to advanced english (b1 - b2), both written and spoken.
* own vehicle required and availability to visit clients.
* proficient in crm tools, microsoft office, and presentation platforms.
* degree in international trade, business, logistics, or related field preferred.
* must be open to a hybrid role, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
