- perform *break/fix support* for lenovo or any server hardware in a live data center environment.
- troubleshoot and resolve hardware failures, including cpu, ram, storage, raid, motherboard, and network interfaces.
- replace and upgrade server components as needed.
- collaborate with remote technical support teams and follow manufacturer guidelines for issue resolution.
- maintain accurate documentation of service logs, part replacements, and incident reports.
- ensure compliance with data center policies and safety standards.
- escalate critical issues when necessary to ensure mínimal downtime.
*required skills & qualifications*:
- proven experience supporting *servers* in enterprise or data center environments
- strong understanding of server architecture and diagnostics tools.
