About The Role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist – Paid Social to join our team. This role will focus on building, managing, and maintaining paid social campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Axon by Applovin. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless campaign execution — from ad uploads to performance management — helping our team move quickly while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and organization. Beyond campaign setup, this role will also support reporting, analysis, and ongoing optimization to help improve efficiency and performance across channels. The adecuado candidate is meticulous, proactive, and process-driven, with the ability to manage a high volume of ad uploads while taking ownership of select channels and growing their paid media expertise.
This is a hands‑on role — ideal for someone who takes pride in flawless, organized execution and is energized by a fast‑paced environment of launching, optimizing, and managing campaigns across multiple paid social channels. This role reports to the Growth Marketing Manager.
What You’ll Do
- Build, launch, and manage paid social ads, ad sets, and campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Axon by Applovin, verifying all campaign details are accurate and consistent.
- Take day‑to‑day ownership of select paid social channels including setup, optimizations, pacing, and performance monitoring.
- Follow established QA checklists and internal processes to ensure no detail is missed and all campaigns meet brand and platform standards before launch — including naming conventions, ad copy, landing pages, audience targeting, UTM tracking, and ad format requirements.
- Manage a high volume of weekly ad uploads (50+ on Meta alone) across various ad types and aspect ratios (1x1, 4x5, 9x16), meeting deadlines while maintaining precision.
- Update and organize ads within project and creative management systems like Asana and Air.
- Support testing, reporting, and analysis by tracking performance metrics using tools like Motion and Northbeam, and sharing insights and learnings with the broader team.
- Partner with the Growth Marketing Manager and Creative Strategist to implement creative testing and optimizations strategies, and ensure campaigns launch on time while aligned with broader strategy goals.
- Stay ahead of platform updates — test new formats and features, and find innovative ways to differentiate paid social creatives and drive performance growth.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in paid social ad operations, media buying, or digital marketing execution.
- Extensive hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager required; experience with Pinterest, TikTok, and/or Axon by Applovin strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and adjust campaigns to meet performance goals.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot small errors before ads/ad sets/campaigns go live.
- Comfort using data & analytics tools (Motion, Northbeam, etc.) to derive insights and support Growth Marketing Manager in guiding paid strategy.
- Excellent project management and communication skills — able to collaborate across teams and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Self‑starter mindset — comfortable owning campaign uploads and management, staying organized, and executing independently.
- Experience with Asana, Air, Motion, Google Sheets, and analytics dashboards preferred.
