Description
This position is responsible for ensuring all Continental Tire locations in Mexico are in full compliance with the import and export laws of the countries where they do business, in a manner that is consistent with Global Company values. Fulfilment with trade regulations including assigning HTS codes, export control classification, Origin certification, Free Trade Agreement qualifications, end-user screening, verification of import/export procedures, and training of employees located in Mexico and Central/South America locations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree: Business Adminsitration, Foreing Trade, Economics
- 5 years experience in similar position
- Fluent English
- SAP or similar EPR
- Mexico Import/Export Regulations
- Regional trade agreements knowledge (NAFTA, Germany/Mexico, Central America/Mexico)
- Process Management
- Foreign Trade
