o identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications at all levels (direct and indirect labor).

o conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
o create onboarding agenda for salaried positions.
o develops training and development programs and objectives.
o facilitate trainings (corporate trainings, fe culture & policies) and administer spending against the departmental budget.
o obtains and/or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
o trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
o plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
o develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
o compliance with labor federal agency and internal audits (dc-1,2,3,4) and keeps training records up to date.

o manage communications strategy, plan, and execution for all internal initiatives.
o manage implementation of quarterly town halls held at the site.
o coordinate with the local hr clerks the communication topics in boards and screens.
o participate in engagement survey results interpretation, action planning framework and communications, and organizational communication of engagement survey full cycle.
o provide event planning for corporate events to include coordinating stakeholders, event logistics, venue, catering, and contracts/proposals.
o assist with rewards & recognition activities in collaboration with site staff.

* sending payroll receipts and physical delivery of the same when requested.
* onboarding process – system registration, sgmm registration, bank account registration, food vouchers, delivery of liability waivers, creation of physical and digital files, photographs, presentation and communication of incorporation, assignment of lockers to operational staff, registration in time clock, collection of staff emails for sending payroll receipts.
* provide new hire onboarding training related to the company and safety programs.
* monitoring of training and development programs.
* training record control – attendance lists, evaluations, dc3 when applicable, for the human resources and environmental, health and safety areas.

preferred qualifications
* bachelor's degree in a field related to human resources.
* 2‑4 years of experience in human resources and organizational development.
* practical application and knowledge of the federal labor law.
* recruitment and labor relations.
* experience working on projects related to organizational climate.
* proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook).
* basic payroll knowledge.
* strong communication skills in english and spanish.
* ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* experience working in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
