Timely alert manufacturing operations for up/dow trending demand and order fulfillment capacity constrainscreate well balance production secuence schedule with at least 2days of ctb window. Daily monitor production performance and gather feedback from internal areas for contrain resolution and collaboration. Keep traking of pr resolution and cn implementationdrive mps activities for a 5 to 10 musd product line operation, under mto and mass customization mfg environmentmanage over 1,500 fg product configuration and over 6,000 rm items.control 2 musd work inprocess inventory, with a monthly troughput of 10 to 15 turns.requirements:bachelor's degreeexperience 5-10 yearsknowledge and experience, at least 2 years on production planning and scheduling for an a metal-mechanic manufacturing assembly process.supervisory experiences for more than 5 to 10 people group. Effectively communicate detail instructions and persuade action at non direct report associates and extended teamhigh level of understanding of mrp, inventory control, capacity planning, secuencing, jit, kanban. Ability to interpret blueprints and understand bill of material structure. And inventory transaction analysis.
