seeking an experienced it engineer/supervisor to manage technical infrastructure and support operations in a dynamic call center environment.
*key responsibilities*:
- oversee servers, networks, hardware, and critical infrastructure.
- manage equipment inventory and vendor coordination.
- supervise a team of 2 technicians; handle ticketing systems efficiently.
*must-have*:
- 5+ years it experience (2+ supervising teams).
- fluent english (c2).
- windows, office 365, linux, active directory experience.
*preferred*:
- experience in call centers, logistics, or similar.
- hardware troubleshooting skills (pc, mobiles, tvs).
*work schedule*: 100% onsite, flexible 24/7 availability required.
- proactive, adaptable, and excellent communication skills are essential._
