site finance leader for the aerospace business located in chihuahau, mx.
this position leads the site finance activities and is a key member of the chihuahua leadership team.
*key responsibilities*
- leads the site isc cost center budgeting and variance analysis process
- leads the site budget, forecast process related to key isc finance p&l accounts (scrap, production cost variances, etc)
- ensures timely and accurate submission of financial reporting requirements to aero hq.
- partners with site leadership to drive cost reduction initiatives
- drives finance process improvements through the use of hos tools, enhancing both control objectives as well as productivity.
- liaison for accounting and internal controls issues and communicating related impacts to both business finance leaders and controller's organization.
- analyze and communicate the financial impact of changes in organizational structure, business decisions, accounting practices, financial processes and financial systems.
- leads and coordinate site cross-functional finance staff activities.
- manages the site finance staff, including performance management and career development.
- quarterly review and compilation of representation letters, and internal control scorecards.
- manages business controls compliance for sarbanes oxley 404 certification.
- supports site hos activities
- understanding the aerospace business.
- ability to maintain business controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the sites and to develop working relationships with all involved.
- ability to manage and drive change.

- bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business.
- sap knowledge, co module
- standard costing experience on manufacturing environment
- minimum 10 years accounting/finance experience.
- bilingual - english/spanish
