The production manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to the production of goods and services in the company. He/she works closely with other managers and team leaders to ensure that production objectives are met and efficiency is maintained in the production process.
*responsibilities*:
- be responsible for quality control in the production departments.
- finding ways to do what the organization has defined as important.
- planning the work to be done.
- provide feedback and coaching to supervisors.
- must thrive and see value in a leadership role.
- train supervisors and empower them.
- help supervisors promote and follow new ideas and methods.
- monitor and control the kpi's of the production areas.
- identify and troubleshoot problems in the production process and take corrective action when necessary.
- develop and maintain plans and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
*requirements*:
- 10 years in manufacturing industry.
- 5 years of experience as a production manager
- advanced level of english
- advanced: ms office (excel, power point, word)
- experience in digital printing, maintenance and change of printing machine heads.
- experience in onyx, color print and rip software.
