what you'll do?
- dynamic and strategic product manager with expertise in ai and healthcare to lead the development and delivery of innovative ai-driven healthcare solutions.
this role will drive product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs while improving patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and healthcare accessibility.
- 3+ years in product management with a strong background in ai-driven healthcare solutions.
- understanding of ai/ml, data analysis, healthcare technology standards (e.g., hipaa), and regulatory landscapes.
- strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to manage projects end-to-end and influence cross-functional teams.
what you ´ll bring:
- define the product roadmap, leveraging insights from the ai and healthcare sectors to address complex challenges within healthcare settings.
- partner with engineering, data science, regulatory, clinical, and marketing teams to translate market insights and clinical needs into actionable product features.
- conduct ethnographic studies by visiting hospitals, urgent care centers, and other healthcare facilities to gather insights directly from patients and healthcare professionals.
- collaborate with healthcare providers, clinicians, and other key stakeholders to ensure solutions meet regulatory standards, clinical requirements, and end-user needs.
- establish and monitor product kpis, using data to drive decisions and optimize product impact on patient care and operational efficiency.
