- support project managers with daily administrative tasks including order booking, invoicing, shipping, and documentation.
- utilize erp systems and salesforce to manage project data, track orders, and report on sales leads.
- coordinate with suppliers and customers to quote, process, and deliver small parts orders.
- monitor project timelines and raise awareness of delays to ensure timely execution.
- lead internal meetings to communicate project status and updates.
- collaborate with customers to identify sales opportunities and prepare service and parts quotes.
- generate routine financial and performance reports for management.
- perform data analysis, create visual presentations, and compile project documentation packages.
- responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
*your background*
- bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- minimum 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, finance, sales, or a related role.
- advanced english level (mandatory)
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and ensure accurate reporting.
- excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment.
- advanced proficiency in sap, salesforce, excel, powerpoint, and word.
- experience working with international teams and resolving delivery/invoicing issues.
- self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- familiarity with project management practices and logistics processes.
