your mission:
support the store manager in strategic management and sales promotion to meet or exceed goals, kpis, and profitability objectives, positioning puma as the fastest sports brand in the world. This is a developmental position for talented cashiers or sales associates aiming to progress to store manager roles.
your talent:
* ensure the store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, kpis, and profitability targets through effective short- and medium-term planning, expense control, sales, and service.
* maintain high standards of customer experience in line with puma’s brand values and service standards.
* assist the store manager in recruiting, training, developing, and replacing high-performing team members, managing results and staff.
* act as store manager in the absence of the store manager.
* support the store manager in preparing and conducting performance reviews.
* ensure the successful completion of local and global training programs required for the role to boost store results.
* assist in analyzing customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to impact and drive the business.
* manage and monitor loss prevention initiatives.
* execute and process merchandise entry and exit.
* handle accurate sales transactions, exchanges, and refunds, operate pos terminals properly, and ensure correct application of discounts and employee purchases per policy.
* maintain physical store conditions as per guidelines and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
* implement necessary measures to ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers.
* work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays; overtime may be required.
requisitos:
* 2 to 4 years of management experience with a focus on retail customer service (preferably apparel/footwear) with proven results.
* proven ability to exceed sales targets, meet payroll goals, and identify, hire, train, and retain top talent. Strong problem-solving, effective communication, and group presentation skills.
full-time schedule, 44 hours weekly.
