We are looking for a functional consultant trainee to join our team supporting the implementation of sap reinsurance management (fs‑ri) solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills who want to develop a consulting mindset, learn, and grow in the insurance/reinsurance domain.
What you will do
understand the different phases of sap reinsurance management implementation (design, documentation, testing, training).
Comprehend and document complex business processes.
Contribute to enterprise‑wide sap transformation programs.
Develop knowledge of sap’s newest and future solutions.
Develop an understanding of msg’s it proprietary product and service offerings while applying general insurance and reinsurance theories and concepts
understand msg’s consulting processes and sap methodologies
communicate and interact effectively with clients
participate in assignments and project work as individual contributor and team member
work effectively with msg teams worldwide
receive training and mentoring, both on‑the‑job and in the classroom
requirements
bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent.
Reside in mexico city or the state of mexico.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Analytical mindset with structured problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency in excel and powerpoint.
Fluent in english (oral and written).
Availability to travel 80%
availability to take 3 months on‑site training.
Must be legally authorized to work in mexico without employer sponsorship.
