actividades:
* consultas normativas básicas sobre cálculo de la nómina e imss.
* atención de tickets de soporte de primer contacto para clientes de nomilinea.
* atención de consultas sobre el uso de las plataformas de nomilinea y payrolling.
* alta de conceptos de nómina especiales en las plataformas de nomilinea y payrolling.
* actualización de fórmulas y parámetros de conceptos de nómina de nomilinea y payrolling.
* elaboración y revisión de la nómina de los clientes de payrolling a través de medios digitales.
* atender y resolver las dudas de los clientes de payrolling con respecto a pagos de nómina a través de medios digitales.
* generación de informes para automatizar tareas de atención al cliente, especificando clasificación, frecuencia y tiempo invertido.
* atender y resolver solicitudes especiales (finiquitos, aguinaldos, impuestos) de los clientes de payrolling.
* realización de tareas básicas de mantenimiento de la plataforma de pagos, como rehabilitación de tarjetas, ajuste de plazos y planes de contratación.
experiência:
