responsibilities
1. account management
o fully understand our solution and each client's processes.
o ensure complete and aligned implementations.
o detect opportunities for expansion or integration.
o coordinate training, resolve doubts and channel technical requirements.
o meet deliverables, schedules and assumed commitments.
o promote executive reports with impact and results.
2. commercial development
o identify new and existing prospects.
o prepare presentations, demos and personalized value proposals.
o lead negotiations and close contracts or expansions.
o achieve sales targets.
o collaborate with internal teams to align improvements and new solutions to market needs.
required skills and qualifications
licenciatura in administration, industrial engineering, commercial relations or related fields. Professional experience: 3 to 5 years in key account management, customer success or business-to-business customer service, consulting or implementation of technological solutions (ideal saas or hrm), b2b sales (prospecting, presentation, negotiation, closing).
