Job description
we are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic executive assistant to support up to 3 partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
this is a hybrid role that requires a presence in the office 2 days per week. The executive assistant will work closely with the partners to ensure seamless support and provide excellent customer service.
the ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service position. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

* excellent word, powerpoint and excel skills
* expert knowledge of outlook
* knowledge of salesforce a plus, but not necessary
