We are hiring a *financial operations associate* to support our finance team.

*what you will be doing*:

- own the accurate and timely process of invoices for reynosa and stmx as part of business transformation.
- manage large excel reports with heavy data to complete invoice validation and correct labeling for submission to record by the kl team.
- provide excellent support and customer service to internal and external partners, ensuring timely and proper responses.
- process requests through various web-based interfaces, maintaining quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
- support month-end closing activities by ensuring the submission and reconciliation of all invoices while business transformation takes place.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, drive automation, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to deliver high-impact results.
- demonstrate a strategic mindset and a high level of accountability in all tasks.
- proactively anticipate needs, make decisions, and manage time-sensitive tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

you are a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional with a passion for operations excellence a continuous improvement.

*minimum qualifications*
- bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required).
- intermediate english level.
- intermediate/advanced excel skills.

*desired skills and experience*
- basic sap knowledge is a plus.
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage several stakeholders effectively.
- detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
- comfortable with change, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
- excellent customer service skills with a focus on improving satisfaction and resolving issues.
- team-oriented, collaborative, and able to communicate effectively.
- proficient in microsoft office suite and experienced in working with data from multiple erps/systems.
- strategic mindset with strong ownership and accountability for outcomes.
