As our channel expert for the consumer products division, you will be the strategic mind behind our presence in key supermarket chains across mexico. Reporting to the head of trade marketing, you will be responsible for designing and executing winning go-to-market strategies for all our categories, ensuring our brands not only stand out on the shelf but also connect deeply with the shopper.


your key responsibilities

* strategic go-to-market: develop and implement the trade marketing strategy for the supermarket channel, adapting brand and category plans to maximize impact and drive growth.
* data-driven insights: leverage analytical skills to dive into shopper data (nielsen, bi, etc.) to understand consumer behavior, identify trends, and uncover opportunities to win at the point of sale.
* flawless activation: lead the activation plan, including seasonal events, in-store media, and promotions, collaborating with commercial and marketing teams to ensure perfect execution and strong roi.
* financial & budget management: own the channel's p&l and manage a significant budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to drive both sales and profitability.


qualifications

we are seeking a results‑oriented and analytical professional with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who can build bridges between marketing and sales, turning strategy into tangible results in a dynamic environment.

you are a great match if you have:

* proven experience in trade marketing, marketing, or commercial roles, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
* strong business acumen and ability to manage a p&l and budget effectively.
* deep understanding of the modern retail landscape in mexico and shopper behavior.
* ability to collaborate and influence cross‑functional teams with transversal leadership.
