we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our event management team. As a senior groups and event manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex events that deliver exceptional guest experiences.

* collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales and hotel departments, to ensure seamless event execution.
* build and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication, effective problem-solving, and exceptional service delivery.
* demonstrate expertise in event systems, products, and processes to drive efficiency and excellence.
* resolve conflicts and negotiate with clients to meet their needs and expectations.
* drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and influence both internal and external clients.
* analyze issues, evaluate options, and make informed decisions to resolve problems and improve processes.
* foster a culture of excellence by providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* participate in customer site inspections and contribute to the sales process as necessary.
