Requirements
bachelor's degree in logistics, business, supply chain management or engineering, will consider equivalent work experience.
1 year’s experience in purchasing, logistics preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Intermediate or higher user of ms office.
Erp oracle.
Functions
responsible for purchasing specific supplies and services for the plant.
Perform daily analysis of purchase requisitions.
Manage information generated by plant requisitions, ensuring they are created under the correct expense area and provide communication back to the requestor.
Process and obtain quotations for the generation of purchase orders.
Negotiating and follow up on material rejections with suppliers.
Call for bids to obtain better purchasing and service conditions.
Monitor the pull system (kanban) for assigned items.
Follow up on the on hold report in the receiving area to ensure orders are released and invoices are not delayed for payment.
Follow up on the open po lines report to monitor dates and delayed pos.
Send documentation and provide support for the onboarding of new suppliers in oracle.
Provide oracle training for users in iprocurement system.
