location: hybrid in guadalajara or mexico city
required skills and experience:
advanced english
knowledge in:
* citrix daas, azure avd and/or vmware horizon,
* powershell and/or python scripting
* tools used for troubleshooting (perfmon, wireshark)
* windows server os 2019/2022, windows 11, and ad/entra id environments
fslogix profile management.
- 4 to 8 years of recent experience in vdi management
- attention to detail and organizational skills
- customer service skills and professionalism
- strong communication skills and good judgment
- analytical and problem-solving skills (preferred)
- management of session machine catalogs for different user groups
- management and troubleshooting of user profiles
- migration of vdi workloads and master image upgrades
- vulnerability patch management of images and pools
- support for various database platforms and learning new technologies
- ability to create network diagrams and flow charts
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- experience in desktop or server engineering
- cloud infrastructure resource management
- cloud security best practices

infrastructure management, virtual desktop image management, user access control, security management, troubleshooting and support, documentation and reporting, change management.
