as a senior project development manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans that meet established targets on time and within budget. requirements
* bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronic, or automation)
* advanced english language proficiency
* minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment
* proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
desirable skills
* proficiency in microsoft office, including excel, word, and powerpoint
* experience with project management tools and software, such as asana, trello, or ms project
* knowledge of cad software, such as solidworks or autocad
* experience with plcs, hmis, and other industrial automation systems
