About the role: Are you organized and a problem solver? As a Transportation Planner, you'll be working with a quality warehouse team, in a fast paced environment, planning the outbound logistics of customer orders.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and troubleshooting shipments to meet internal and external customer requirements
- Tendering to carriers by using the TMS system - Transportation Management System (E2OPEN)
- Reviewing the ERP system (SAP) for open sales orders and shipment creation
- Order pick review, work assignment, and WMS corrections as needed.
- Review and understanding of shipping reports.
- Noting discrepancies or problems to management, QA or other warehouse personnel.
- Gathering supportive paperwork to be shipped along with orders. (BOL’s, COA’s, ASN’s, etc.).
- Participation in department, plant meetings, and functions pertinent to warehouse activities
Qualifications and skills:
- 2+ years' experience in a logistics planning role, equivalent higher education, or SAP knowledge
- Experience with SAP and TMS is a significant plus.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a highly fast paced environment.
- Availability to work required overtime and weekends as needed.
- Fluent English and French

Highlight the main responsibilities
- Is in charge of the inventory level of his raw materials and components families
- Follow up the MPS achievement and propose preventive actions regarding material availability to ensure MPS realization
- Is responsible for setting up a proper raw materials and components inventory levels
