*note*: _this is not a role for licensed attorney's _*what you'll do*client intake & communication*- screen potential clients to determine fit for the firm's legal services.
- collect and document essential client details (e.g., name, service branch, legal issue).
*documentation & follow-up*- accurately input client data into our crm (salesforce).
- send and collect necessary intake forms and consent documentation.
- follow up with leads to support the intake process and ensure completion.
*support & scheduling*- provide clear explanations of the intake process.
- schedule legal consultations with attorneys and paralegals.
- offer empathetic and knowledgeable support to veterans and their families.
*administrative duties*- prioritize multiple inquiries and support general clerical tasks.
- maintain confidentiality and uphold a high standard of professionalism.
- learn and use legal and veteran-specific terminology relevant to the campaign.
*what we're looking for*- high school diploma required; college or associate's degree preferred.
- experience in customer service, reception, or legal/healthcare environments.
- strong verbal and written communication skills in english.
- organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (zoom, microsoft office, google suite).
- familiarity with military culture or veteran issues is a plus.
- ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
