*- operate fire alarm control panels for all buildings and who to contact in case of emergency.

- *must be knowledgeable in the use of the cctv system, master the basic operation of viewing, recording and its use.

- *control and verify all company ingress and egress, employees, visitors, vendors and contractors.

- *report any unusual activity detected through monitoring or other means, generate appropriate reports.

- *attending to the different alarms that the security systems throw as well as the failures or opportunities for improvement that may arise.

- *monitoring of gps units when required.

- *support for loaning keys for office, lockers, desks, etc. as needed.

- *adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by the supervisor.

- *comply with and enforce all company safety policy procedures.

- *perform any activities as requested by the supervisor.

*minimum requirements*
*associate's degree from a college or equivalent technical school; one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience or a combination of education and experience managing security and familiarity with c.c.t.v. and card access systems.
\willingness to attend various security equipment courses.
knowledge of locksmithing or ability to learn locksmithing will be essential.
knowledge and/or understanding of the supply chain or the various associated certifications.
