Key account executive
en el rol de key account executive serás responsable de prospectar nuevos socios o alianzas comerciales y desarrollar clientes clave del canal de detalle con el objetivo de integrar nuestra estrategia de distribución implementando modelos de negocio sustentables basado en el portafolio de la compañía.
Principales responsabilidades
serás responsable de evaluar el territorio para presentar proyectos basados en oportunidades para desarrollar volumen marginal a la compañía y/o crecer la distribución en la zona.
Brindarás asesoría operativa y comercialmente a cualquier nivel de la organización interna y externa para desarrollar la distribución horizontal de las marcas potenciales.
Desarrollarás el portafolio ferrero en clientes de distribución horizontal en el territorio asignado para asegurar la disponibilidad de producto en el territorio.
Gestionarás cuentas clave con modelo basado en customer business plan e indicadores de efectividad y rentabilidad para los socios comerciales a su cargo para garantizar el largo plazo.

Lic. en áreas económico - administrativas, afines al área comercial.
Disponibilidad para viajar a distintas regiones aledañas a la zona de occidente para brindar seguimiento al plan de ejecución.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años desempeñándose en roles como supervisor de ventas, ejecutivo mayoreo, key account executive o similares.
Conocimiento y dominio de canales de ventas: tradicional y mayoreo.
Paquetería office nivel avanzado.
Experiencia en manejo de cuentas de mayoreo, distribuidores y/o concesionarios.
Competencias de: gestión del cambio, liderazgo, integración organizacional, logro de resultados y mentalidad estratégica.
