Our mission is to provide solutions that improve people's lives and contribute to a more sustainable future.role objective:the senior customer service representative is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication with all departments involved in the order process, supporting the company's core mission.main responsibilities:- order confirmation and delivery follow-up - confirm shipping dates to ensure customer satisfaction. - resend order confirmations in case of updates or delays. - send reports with confirmed delivery dates. - update shipping dates in systems visible to customers. - confirm shipments from the plant. - update order status in customer portals. - update and review delay reports. - notify customers of any improvements or delays in delivery. - negotiate revised delivery dates with moderate impact (over 3 days). - communicate with internal teams to assess and resolve issues. - evaluate on-time delivery performance (internal and external). - collaborate with planning and purchasing to identify customer-focused improvements. - maintain daily coordination with the planning team. - define production priorities to minimize customer impact.qualifications:- degree in international business, business administration, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in customer service in logistics, supply chain o related field. - advanced english proficiency.we offer:competitive salary.competitive benefits package.interested candidates, please apply through this platform.
