mission: assist engineering teams in executing test plans on-site, including internal and customer acceptance, and plc programming of medium complexity projects.
execute commissioning activities under the supervision of a senior commissioning engineer across various project sizes and complexities, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
main accountabilities:
1. technical contribution: participate in initial system design review with engineering specialists, using plc software. Prepare plc programs, including subroutines, device mapping, and support commissioning, design changes, and documentation updates. Schedule plc code reviews and audits. Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned feedback.
2. planning and control: deliver assignments on time and to quality standards. Follow work plans and estimates for commissioning, troubleshooting, and support activities. Maintain issues list and report progress to lead engineer.
3. processes and tools: apply standard processes and tools for plc programming. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and contractual requirements. Report inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
4. risk and opportunity: support risk assessments during commissioning, identify hazards, and follow mitigation guidelines.
5. customer: interact with customers as needed, create task lists, allocate resources, and report progress regularly.
must have:
* master's degree in mechatronics, robotics, control automation, electrical, electronics, or related fields
* driver's license
* english proficiency
* availability to travel up to 80%
