about the role
this is a full-time position responsible for compensation projects and providing employee support activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits policies & programs.
key responsibilities:
* lead in the development of annual salary structures, compensation analyses, and surveys to analyze the company's position to market and competitiveness.
* administer daily saving funds, loans, medical insurance, and life insurance.
* ensure prompt and clear communication to employees regarding saving funds, medical expenses, and life insurance.
* participate in onboarding processes and provide attention to detail.
requirements
qualifications:
* bachelor degree in human resources management, business administration, finance, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
* proficiency in using tress systems and office software.
* strong understanding of mexican labor laws and tax regulations.
* excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with various departments.
* fluency in english.
work environment
this is a full-time position working monday to friday.
