*responsibilities*
- supervise daily team operations and productivity
- monitor ar aging and performance metrics
- ensure compliance with billing timelines
- lead ar review meetings and reporting
- train and coach team members
- implement strategies to reduce delinquency
*requirements*:
- 1-2 years of ar leadership experience
- bilingual english/spanish
- advanced excel (pivot tables, vlookup/xlookup)
- strong analytical and reporting skills
