Key responsibilities commercial execution & profitability: drive the channel strategy, manage pricing, negotiate high-impact campaigns/promotions, and monitor core kpis (sales, gmv, roas, buy box, margins). Marketplace operations: lead catalog/sku management, optimize product listings (seo, brand store, descriptions), and ensure account health metrics remain flawless. Supply & analytics: co-lead demand forecasting, sell-in/sell-out analysis, and inventory replenishment to guarantee an optimal fill rate and prevent stock-outs. Cross-functional collaboration: team up with ledvance's local and global teams (supply chain, finance, marketing, operations, and external agencies) to ensure a seamless end-to-end operation. Who are we looking for? Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in e-commerce, directly managing amazon and/or mercado libre. Industry fit: experience in consumer electronics, retail, or fmcg is highly valued. Technical savvy: deep knowledge of amazon vendor/seller central, mercado libre seller center, and amazon/mercado ads.
