This role is a key administrative and strategic partner, responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting to terminations. You will be instrumental in ensuring the company adheres to mexican labor law and imss regulations, as well as managing payroll data, hr reports, and internal communications. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and professional team player with a strong grasp of labor law and the ability to partner with management to drive company culture and initiatives.what you’ll do:compliance & administration: act as the primary point of contact for hr administration, ensuring compliance with mexican labor law (lfa) and imss regulations. You'll manage internal processes, policies, and procedures, while also handling administrative tasks like purchasing, permits, and payroll data entry.managing payroll data collecting, organizing, and maintaining all employee information needed to calculate salaries accurately. This includes hours worked, overtime, bonuses, deductions, taxes, benefits, and compliance records. Coordination between hr, finance, and accounting, plus the use of payroll software to automate calculations and reduce errors.talent management: oversee the complete employee lifecycle, new hire onboarding, training, and terminations. You will also be the main contact for employee relations, benefits administration, and compensation.strategic & cultural support: partner with the management team on strategic initiatives, attend management meetings, and provide legal advice to support key decisions.
