We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
As a B2B Sales Representative, your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with clients, understand their recruitment needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of our services.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced or native-level English skills (spoken and written).
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment, HR services, or BPO.
- Proven success selling to U.S. or Canadian clients.
- Strong track record of closing deals and managing accounts post-sale.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on professional email outreach.
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo).
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
