They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing, and logistics, and outside suppliers. They focus on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes and establish key performance metrics to measure actual performance against goals regularly.

this position involves overall logistics activities related to planning workload, exportation, importation, and local processing.
responsibilities:
1. execute outbound, inbound, and local logistics operations.
2. plan and release the dc daily workload.
3. schedule local and international freight carriers via tms portals.
4. schedule dedicated units for urgent requests.
5. monitor deliveries from origin to destination end-to-end.
6. manage on-time delivery.
7. coordinate with customs team to ensure smooth material flow.
8. plan daily exportation units.
9. support warehouse operations and assist the shipping team.
10. follow te, ehs, and global logistics rules and regulations.
minimum qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business management, international trade, or related field.
* at least 2 years of practical experience in logistics.
* experience in logistics planning, import/export processes, and 3pl management.
* experience with cross-docking.
* knowledge of sap or other erp systems, advanced excel skills.
* proficient in english (verbal and written).
* strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
* excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
* strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilities.
* experience in large, global organizations and working with third-party logistics providers.
