we are a growing real estate team seeking an *administrative assistant - real estate transactions* to support our agents and clients throughout the contract-to-close process. We value attention to detail, strong communication, and efficiency. *responsibilities*
- manage and coordinate real estate transactions from listing through closing.
- track deadlines, compliance requirements, and contract details.
- organize, upload, and maintain digital transaction documents.
- update records in *command, skyslope, spreadsheets, and crm systems*.(preferred)
- use *google workspace (docs, sheets, drive, gmail, calendar, etc.)* to manage files and team communications.
*qualifications*
- prior experience as a transaction coordinator or administrative assistant in real estate.
- proficiency with *kw command, docusign* and *skyslope* (preferred).
- strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- ability to manage multiple transactions and meet strict deadlines.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*-*competitive pay, based on experience.

pay: $18,000.00 - $18,500.00 per month
