we are a growing real estate team seeking an administrative assistant – real estate transactions to support our agents and clients throughout the contract-to-close process. We value attention to detail, strong communication, and efficiency. If you are highly organized and have experience with kw command, docusign and skyslope (preferred), we'd love to hear from you
responsibilities
* manage and coordinate real estate transactions from listing through closing.
* track deadlines, compliance requirements, and contract details.
* organize, upload, and maintain digital transaction documents.
* update records in command, skyslope, spreadsheets, and crm systems.(preferred)
* provide general administrative support including emails, scheduling, and reporting.
* use google workspace (docs, sheets, drive, gmail, calendar, etc.) to manage files and team communications.
qualifications
* prior experience as a transaction coordinator or administrative assistant in real estate.
* proficiency with kw command, docusign and skyslope (preferred).
* strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
* ability to manage multiple transactions and meet strict deadlines.
* excellent written and verbal communication skills.
compensation
- competitive pay, based on experience.
