*responsibilities*:
- represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales-oriented activities.
- responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned accounts located in northern mexico states (sonora, sinaloa, chihuahua, durango, coahuila, nuevo leon, and tamaulipas)
- responsible for direct legal quota.
- promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers and informs customers of new product introductions.
- creates monitors and revises lead generation plans.
- responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.
- maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.
- proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to nonstandard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities.
- determines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies.
- leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations.
- solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.
qualifications:
- electronic and telecommunications engineering bachelors or masters or university degree or equivalent.
- typically 4-5 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
- postgraduate and/or certification/ license may be required
- requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
- demonstrated ability to develop key relationships in a customer facing role
- demonstrated high sense of urgency and service attitude
- strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, driving customer engagement, and building long-term relationships with clients
- excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and collaborate with internal teams
- results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- fluent written and verbal spanish and english communication
