responsibilities
1. account delivery management
o manage the direction of solution deliveries, influence resource allocation, and ensure delivery across the lifecycle, including envisioning, development, planning, cloud consumption, and usage.
o contribute to consumption activities, identify gaps, and drive full value realization for customers.
o collaborate with sales on contract setup, compliance, and execution, managing fiscal responsibilities within the project portfolio.
o support strategic relationships with stakeholders, communicate delivery progress, and manage escalations.
2. intellectual property (ip)
o research, share, and recommend ip improvements, enforce reuse, and promote collective knowledge.
3. relationship development
o engage with senior stakeholders, manage escalated situations, and drive customer satisfaction.
o ensure compliance with standards and contribute to knowledge sharing.
4. initiation
o drive project initiation for complex projects, balance needs, and collaborate on planning.
5. contracting
o lead contracting processes, negotiate agreements, and monitor contract amendments.
6. presales
o lead presales for high-impact projects, articulate value propositions, and review scope and estimates.
7. planning
o develop detailed project plans, establish expectations, and engage stakeholders.
8. technical delivery skills
o understand client needs, participate in planning, manage risks, and communicate solutions.
o manage relationships at the executive level and share lessons learned.
9. qualifications
o bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of leadership experience or equivalent.
o fluency in english and spanish.
o 5+ years of experience in implementing technological solutions.
10. additional/preferred qualifications
o deep knowledge of azure infrastructure, cloud devops, and related tools.
o certifications like azure solutions architect, devops engineer, etc.
