As a technical training analyst, your primary focus will be on developing and implementing technical training standards that ensure all production associates are properly trained using the appropriate twi methodology.
the ideal candidate for this position will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating training activities, ensuring that all employees receive the necessary guidance and support to excel in their roles.
main responsibilities:
* safety first: emphasize safety in all training modules as the highest priority.
* setup, standardize, and maintain the vks software platform, working closely with engineers and supervisors to create and enforce training material standards.
* train operative trainers on proper use of the software and how to effectively train employees.
* participate in investigations related to safety or quality concerns, ensuring that training materials are updated to identify risks and preventive actions.
* provide feedback to process engineers and other owners of existing twis to improve them.
* standardize, maintain, and deploy the system used to document work instructions by vks.
* track the training status of every associate on the plant and follow the training plan to align trained individuals with production needs, working with hr to document training activities.
* evaluate annual performance to ensure operators maintain the knowledge and skills needed to perform their duties effectively.
requirements:
to be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field, along with at least one year of experience in a similar position.
