*role overview*
the key account manager will be part of the silverbullet services team. They will be responsible for managing the relationship with several large enterprise accounts in central and south america, ensuring that the organisation develops a solid partnership with both regional and local stakeholders at the highest possible level of quality.
*role responsibilities*:
the key account manager is ultimately responsible for the successful management of silverbullet latam enterprise clients, the development and delivery of bespoke client solutions including martech consulting and data strategy, day-to-day management and delivery of global and regional projects, global client coordination. They will also contribute to identify cross-selling opportunities across the silverbullet plethora of products and services.
*account management and project delivery*
- align closely with enterprise strategy team to identify client opportunities and design bespoke services projects
- work with the strategic and technical services team on the delivery of projects across sb biggest regional clients (cpg) both at global and regional level
- act as sme resource on suitable enterprise client projects
- share expertise across clients and projects, consolidating best practices and removing duplication of work
- coordinate across all client stakeholders at global and regional level and deliver immaculate client services
- manage internal sb stakeholders to maximise efficiency of resource utilisation and quality of services delivered
- act as data strategy consultant for regional client stakeholders, advising on best strategy and tactics for collection, enrichment, activation and measurement of consumer data in digital marketing channels (paid/owned/earned)
*relationship/consultative*
- develop and expand enterprise client relationships
- relationship management whereby the key account manager builds relationships across the clients’ organization at both executive and non-executive levels
- strategic account management sme for marquee enterprise clients in latam
- deeply understand each client’s business including business and operating models
- coordination across global and local client stakeholders and their internal/external partners
*manage communication*
- handle business escalations for assigned accounts
- assist in prioritizing workload for the delivery team within and across assigned accounts
- possess the leadership skills necessary to work with a large and complex enterprise client, acting as the primary point of contact for all project related initiatives

- diagnose solutions
- identify and diagnose solutions around global client needs
- partner with services and sales teams to identify and present silverbullet solutions to client
- have foresight into missed opportunities and an ability to act accordingly to rectify and find solutions
- identify areas of growth where customers may leverage additional silverbullet products and services
- market ecosystem
- fully understand the marketing and advertising technology ecosystem, and always be up to speed and knowledgeable about the latest developments in the industry at global level
- understand where silverbullet fits into the industry ecosystem, evaluating points of strengths and potential weaknesses to mitigate
- solutions architecture
- work with the partnerships team to identify potential bespoke solutions about key mutual enterprise clients
- work with data science, product and consulting teams for the development of cutting-edge bespoke solutions for key enterprise clients, bringing together silverbullet’s unparalleled vertical expertise, flexibility and nimbleness typical of a start-up products and services business
- possess technical know-how necessary to develop solutions that fit within client’s technology and data ecosystem
*essential experience*:
- minimum 1.5 years managing large regional accounts in a major media/marketing agency
- minimum 2 years hands on digital marketing experience, specifically one or more of the following:
- programmatic and social advertising
- data platforms: cdp, crm
- data visualisation dashboards
- adtech: dsps
- data strategy
- marketing automation
- martech consultancy
- ability to learn new technologies
- immaculate client services skills are essential for this role
- fluent in spanish & english
