the role:
the principal i, measurement & insights is a senior individual contributor and thought leader who translates data into strategic clarity. This role shapes the enterprise insights agenda, delivering advanced analytics and executive guidance that connect digital performance to business impact. Operating autonomously, this principal partners with senior leaders to frame problems, synthesize insights, and guide the organization toward data-informed decisions.
how you would contribute:
* assist in defining the enterprise insights strategy—framing key questions, hypotheses, and reporting approaches for executive decision-making.
* lead high-impact analyses to uncover performance drivers, behavioral patterns, and opportunity areas across digital and commercial channels.
* create c-suite-level presentations that connect data to business outcomes and strategic actions.
* leverage advanced analytics tools (adobe analytics, snowflake, power bi) and programming languages (sql, python, r, dax) to shape attribution models, optimize conversion tracking, and deliver business-ready insights.
* partner with business intelligence, digital product, and engineering teams to operationalize insights into tools, dashboards, and predictive models.
* collaborate with global and regional business partners to ensure alignment between insight generation and enterprise priorities.
* mentor analysts and managers in analytical rigor, insight synthesis, and stakeholder storytelling.
* continuously innovate analytical methods, visualization standards, and frameworks to enhance insight maturity and speed-to-value.

* this is an individual contributor role with leadership influence across global and regional teams.
* provides mentorship and guidance to analysts and managers across the measurement & insights organization to strengthen analytical capabilities and business storytelling.
job qualifications:
skills and background required to be successful:
* 7+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or measurement within a digital-first organization.
* expert-level proficiency in adobe analytics, sql, and snowflake; working knowledge of python/r for statistical analysis.
* strong business acumen with a proven record of influencing executive strategy through data.
* deep understanding of digital ecosystems, customer journeys, and attribution models.
* demonstrated ability to synthesize data into simple, compelling executive narratives.
* proven success partnering across global teams to shape insight frameworks and strategic recommendations.
* exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
education:
* bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in analytics, statistics, or business preferred.
