We are looking for an HR Manager to lead the Human Resources area at plant level, ensuring comprehensive management of recruitment, labor relations, payroll, training, health, safety, and compliance. This role is key to guaranteeing a strong organizational culture and aligning with global HR projects.
📌 Position Highlights
* Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 MXN
* Location: Comonfort, Guanajuato, México
* Modality: On-site | Monday to Friday
* Direct contract with 100% registered salary
* Reports to: Global Head HR / Plant Manager
* Staff under responsibility: 20–30 people
📋 Main Responsibilities
* Lead recruitment, selection, payroll, compensation & benefits.
* Ensure compliance with labor, environmental, health & safety standards.
* Coordinate training & development programs.
* Drive motivation, organizational development & labor relations.
* Supervise general services (security, transportation, cafeteria).
* Prepare HR indicators & lead audits.
* Represent the company in global HR projects.
👤 Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s degree or Engineering (technical degree may apply).
* 3–5 years of experience in HR within manufacturing/plant operations.
* Advanced English required.
* Leadership, communication & team management skills.
